Tip of the Month
Keep the momentum going!
The first weeks of school have passed us by and the excitement of a new school year has started to wear off. As routines become repetitive, it’s motivation to fluctuate. Instead of becoming overwhelmed, focus on being consistent. Set small goals, stick to a manageable practice routine, and remember to give yourself grace when life gets busy.
Remember: you don’t have to do everything at once, a little progress each day adds up!
